When you shop at KopeckyScaleModels you state your address, your email and what you shop.

General Data Protection Regulation is a EU-regulation that states how companies within the European Union are allowed to handle personal data.
SUMMARY OF HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We collect as little information as possible about you. We only use the data for order handling and newsletters.
If you pay by Credit Card the payment will go through PayPal and is thereby their responsibility in terms of GDPR.
WHY DO WE KEEP YOUR ORDER INFO?
Your payment history is necessary (by law) for us in order to declare tax.
This information can not be removed on your request for the above reason.
WHAT SOFTWARE SYSTEMS WILL HANDLE YOUR DATA?
When you shop at KopeckyScaleModels your order is processed through several stages and your data may be necessary for several of them:
Wix – your webshop solution.
PayPal – when paying for your order.
Česká pošta (Czech Post) – if we send your order as tracked with Česká pošta.
FORPSI – Hosting, domain och mail handling.
We use a solution called Wix. It is a database where all our products, pages and text info are kept. When you place an order with us it is processed by Wix.
Your order will end up in a database at Czech post which we and Czech Post has access to. However, although Czech Post keep the information they will not access it without our appoval or if we ask them to for technical reasons.
Your order information include data about what products you have purchased, how you paid for them and your address, but no information about Credit card etc.
It is from Wix that you receive emails regarding your order status.
COOKIES
We use cookies in order to create your shopping cart.
We also use ”Google Analytics” and “Google Remarketing” which also use Cookies.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
We never share any info about you exept the info which is needed to fulfill our order handling. (As stated above).
The only exeption is if we should be forced to do so by law.
YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with the GDPR regulation you have the right to:
Be “forgotten” and erased from our system.
Ask for a copy of what info we have on you.
Correct any incorrect info.
Rewoke your approval of use of your data.
